We have been in the house washing pressure washing deck repair staining painting business since 2009. There have been many sub-contractors working with myself and together we share, ( I have gathered), a wealth of knowledge and experience that gets the project completed safer and stronger and cleaner than before. Communication is my biggest strength according to my clients ( ask them, they will tell you. ). This is about respect as people more than just running a business. I always have a list of projects that are current with ETA to finish, followed by an order of upcoming projects- This list gets sent to all clients weekly( or more often). This ensures you have my attention and respect and never have a doubt as to when your project will start or be completed. -Sometimes weather can factor in some changes, but I let people know ahead of time what the game plan is, so that we are all on the same page. Texting is my primary form of communication ( 716 ) 602 -7418 as we have a log to go back to and also to avoid non-sense robo-calls and needing to filter through voicemails of robo-calls. Feel free to call me as well. It is harder to answer calls while working and takes more time to dig through the voicemails to find what are yours and what are just the "car warranty" types.
Less is more? More is More when it comes to detail, especially when it comes to pressure washing and any construction. The black spots on the lip of the gutters, algae on the underside of siding... A tighter joint between 2 pieces of wood, pilot holes and countersunk holes to keep the wood from splitting... Using a biodegradable, soap/cleanser that is safe for people, plants, and pets requires attention to detail, we actually lightly scrub the gutters, doors, windows and siding, with siding brushes (vs. spraying just some diluted bleach on and rinsing it off later.). Light scrubbing and pressure washing is a lot more work than a soft-wash (spray bleach and rinse); I just feel that it is safer and better than the use of bleach as a primary cleaner on your house and landscape..
Also when it comes to staining decks and fences (etc.); allowing wood to properly dry for the 2-3 days is worth the wait. It may seem long, especially if we have a lot of rain, but it will ensure the stain to last its longest for you, wait an extra day to get an extra year of protection; I can wait for that, you can too. There are probably hundreds or thousands of things we do as second nature. We are only satisfied when you are & we don't skip steps in any of our applications.
We take the time to carefully work on cleaning your house. We provide a variety of options for rebuilds or new decks ( you may have an idea of what you want, but I may have a few more that you hadn't thought of. & If you are on a budget, I may have some insight on including ways to save some money too. While working, our goal is for your neighbors to watch us working and hire us on the spot ( it happens quite often ). To have you be so happy and confident that you will not only be a repeat customer of ours, but refer us to many of your family and friends. I have primarily worked only with my repeat clients and referrals from 2009-2021 (working part time, from 2013 to 2020 & we were turning business away every season). Last season, 2021, I became dedicated to full time & took on some new clients. I have some extremely talented, dependable and reliable independent contractors ( assistants ) that are eager to do great things.
